“Ghosts are wistful upshots of traumatic deaths.” This is what many studies and theories state. A sudden and harrowing demise of individuals is said to head towards gateway to Ghostly Empire. Though, there are some ghosts who are here to serve their will, most of the others have their roots allied to one of the following situations mentioned underneath:

Murder
Individuals who are murdered ruthlessly are susceptible to cross the threshold of the Ghostly Realm. These individuals tend to come back (becoming Ghost); in order to take revenge from the killer and will probably not leave until the case gets solved.

Accidents
Abrupt deaths caused due to accidents such as drowning, car ruins, blazing, falling from height or any other unfortunate mishap with an individual can give him new identity of being Ghost. Accidental deaths cause individuals to become a Ghost commonly as compared to natural deaths.

Suicide
An individual committing suicide; with enormous torment and gnashed feelings haunting he/she continuously, can return in ghostly attire. They can be broken hearts or betrayed hearts, whose pain will cause them to revert.

Deprived of proper burial
If the body is not buried properly as per the steps of what is called a standard burial process, then, an individual can knock over the doors of Ghostly Empire. Also, they can return if wreckage, gravestone burglary or any other violation of the grave takes place.

Haunted by some persona flaws
Sometimes if humans are haunted by many negative personality flaws such as anger, greed, ego, etc; it becomes difficult for them to let go their wordly possessions. This results into their arrival, but in ghostly form; this time.

Habitat of copious unfulfilled desires
If an individual’s mind is a habitat of numerous desires that remain dissatisfied at the time of their demise, they are bound to reconnect back. Also, physical attachments can don them an apparel of a Ghost and direct them to Ghostly realm.
